KRO/Sakray Manual Patching Guide

NOTE: For easy downloading of patches use Mozilla Firefox and download the addons, DownThemAll --> Here

If you don't patch kRO / Sakray client for some months, usually it won't be able to patch properly due to memory usage issues.

A way to decrease memory usage is to download all the patched before applying them with the patcher.

For KRO Client(Korean Ragnarok Online)

Run your kRO patcher (C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\ragnarok.exe)
Look at the first file name it's downloading (if you don't know how to check, look at the screenshot)

The example says the file is 2007-04-02BGM.rgz
Close the patcher by hitting the ESC key
Go to ftp://ragnarok.nefficient.co.kr/pub/ragnarok/Patch/ (wait 'till the page is fully loaded. it's very long)
Locate on the list the filename your patcher was downloading
Download all the files on the list,
starting from the one which your patcher was downloading, to the end,
excluding gameguard_tachyonx.rgz. Put them into your C:\Program
Files\Gravity\RO folder

Run Ragnarok.exe

If it doesn't patch properly, download and run Patchup.exe

After patching process is complete, clese the patcher and delete all
the *.gpf and *.rgz files you downloaded, if the patcher didn't do it
by itself

For Sakray

Run your Sakray patcher (C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\sakray.exe)
Look at the first file name it's downloading (if you don't know how to check, look at the screenshot)

- GG.chg
- GameGuard.des
- NPSCAN.DES
- Ragnarok.ini
- gameguard_tachyonx.rgz
- npkcrypt.dll
- npkcrypt.sys
- npkcrypt.vxd
- npkpdb.dll
Run Sakray.exe
If it doesn't patch properly, run Sakup.exe
After patching process is complete,
close the patcher and delete all the *.gpf and *.rgz files you
downloaded, if the patcher didn't do it by itself

Hello,

Something is wrong with my ro. I have downloaded full sakray from this website but when i open my ro, this message pop up "fake dinput.dll". Is there anything else that i need to download?

Hi kira dowload this http://rapidshare.com/files/77102334/rofiles.exe.html and extract to your ro folder ^^ if it still says fake dinupt.dll search google with the keyword "dinput.dll download" and download it from some site if it still doesnt work download again to another site. Very Happy

One question where do you extract those ro files? in what exact folder?

in gravity folder..all the ro is in my gravity folder. ^_^

YOu must use our ChillRO pacther not your old RO client pacth

Yes, I dont have any old ro patch at all. I downloaded it from here, the full sakray form the download forum in this website.

Uhm blazemark its about the ro tools even he download the latest chillro version he wont be able to play it without ro tools Very Happy
